The CPMC™ only looks at variants that influence the risk of conditions that are “potentially medically actionable” and have been approved by the Informed Cohort Oversight Board (ICOB). The list of approved conditions will be updated on a regular basis as the ICOB continues to meet and approve new conditions.

Genetic variants that are associated with the following conditions have been approved by the Informed Cohort Oversight Board and will be released over the next several months. Participants will receive an email when new personal genetic variant information is available
